Long time lurker and just wanted to say 'Hi'. I so enjoy reading everyone's stories.

I've been in some form of customer service for a long time, such as an aide in an Adult Care Home, housekeeping in a hospital, Taco Hell, various temp jobs and currently as a billing associate with the local electric company where I first started in the phone center. So I can empathize with most everyone's pain and joy with their current occupations.

I'm sure I've got stories to tell as well, but I'm currently blocking them out (it's the only way I stay sane... ha ha). Maybe one of your tales of woe will jar a memory out of me? Keep up the good fight, folks and passing you a holiday drink of your choice >>>\_/<<<<

Probably, but this is a popular gambling city, there's more than a few riverboat casinos and other touristy sites as well. So to be able to tell one type of visitor from another is hard, unless they tell you straight out. Side note: About a month ago, some film was being taped next door to the house my husband and I 'used' to live in. I was slightly jealous until I realized the people that lived there now had to move out while filming was going on.

And.. one of Jessica Simpson's movies was filmed in the lobby where I work. Demi Moore and Kevin Costner filmed at the parking lot directly across from where I work. My coworkers didn't get a lot of work done those days. Me, meh, they're just people. I wouldn't recognize a celebrity if they showed up on my doorstep!
