Finally I have found a place on the Internet to vent my frustrations and pent-up rage that was given to me by an unmerciful populace of douchey customers.

First off I should say that my name is Lacey and I'm a 28-year-old Pennsylvanian who was first introduced to the glamorous world of customer service when I was about 19 working at Disneyland to pay for college. Non-stop thrills.

I randomly found this site from a Google search and I spent the better part of yesterday night reading through the horror stories. I look forward to sharing my tales of terror with all you fine people.
