I found this site not long ago through the links on Jennie Breeden's site for her comic The Devil's Panties. I can relate to sucky customer experiences as I am a cook who has to interact with the public at a custom-made omelet station. I find that sharing stories helps relieve some of the frustration, so I'm here to read your stories and groan with you at customer stupidity and eventually maybe share some of my own.
