Hi, I'm Torbiecat, newbie and previously occasional lurker. I'm new to the world of retail too (6 weeks), but I've already seen quite a few stupid, rude and colossaly lazy customers. I work for the local branch of a very famous department store (hint: famous for its annual parade each November . Been reading the stories and laughing and cringing.
