hi all,
I am a tech support rep in ontario, land of igloos and eskimos. Anywho, I've been reading the posts in here, and had a minor epiphany. I must join this site, if only just to comiserate with people of the same affliction. Thus, I created a new alias, for fear of the ninjas that my company has scattered throughout this great, virtual world, dug up my Wakka avie, and made my way onto the noob forum for introductions.
I feel in what is left of my heart, that this site is not only fun, but rehabilitating for those of us who have to endure the soul sucking evil that is customer service. I look forward to meeting and engaging most if not all participants, and posting my own experiences with the public at large.
