I can't tell you how happy i am to find a place that fits in with my customer service nightmare, I mean a job! yeah that"s it my customer service job. Well My name is Customerspunchingbag aka Emily. and i have worked for some rather large companies dealing with customer service. I have stories that you would think only happen in your wildest dreams, and stories you would think would ever happen! only in my stores have I ever seen anything that is crazy as what I've seen. I hope you guys enjoy my stories.

Just one question if your a punching BAG why is your name BAD? Lol the way you have your name makes you sound like one of my co-workers who sends me in the back to do no customer related tasks when I get aggrevated with con artists. She really believed I would miss my job making .05 more than they legal have to pay. I have simple requests, when your so close your in my bubble and your breath affects me especially when you scream and I already told you I know your scamming, then PISS OFF because manager isn't here right now and my drawer is going not be off so you get no money.

I love it here as well, can always vent on the idiots and scammers i have to deal with all day long.

I don't mean to say there aren't genuine friendly customers as well, but the bad ones really make you insane.

well really its a typo for customerspunchingbag, its customerspunchingbad. Sorry i was typing really last at night after a LONG 8 hour shift with idiots that don't know how to add math. I have thought about writing a book about people and the way they act. Its almost a comedy to watch everyone the way they act, and their disrespect that they have. Just because some one has money or they "think" they are better then you doesn't mean that they can treat you the way they do. I hope that each person someday realizes that they are nothing more then weak, and what they do doesn't mean i need to help them the way they "want" it to be done.
