Hello!
I've been reading this forum for what seems like forever, but I think it's only been about 6 months. So now I'm ready to take the plunge!
I started out in the retail biz almost 30 years ago GASP! (surely I'm not THAT old!)
Left it for a while for what seemed like greener pastures, i.e. the "office worker" routine. But I quickly discovered that there are SCs there as well :-) So I went into the non-profit area, but dangit! there are SCs there too! You'd think, if I'm working to better society, SCs would cut me a break, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Anyway, I'm back in retail and can soooo relate to most of what I read here. I have a few stories I've been wanting to post, just have to figure out which is the best place for them. I'm so happy to be here!!!!!
