Hello, I am MrTim. I have been lurking for roughly the last month and I decided to register and post some of my tales when I had to deal with various CS's. Between inside sales, tech support, and other occupations I have encountered a vast amount of people who just refuse to use any part of their brain when they deal with others. I hope my stories can entertain and educate and hopefully lead to less sucky customers out there in the world.
