Hello everyone! I've been lurking in the boards for quite a while, and decided that it was time to share my own stories of sucky customers.

A little about me...I'm a customer service drone. I've worked 2 years of cashiering and advanced cashiering, and am now working in a call center as a customer service agent for an online pharmacy. It's not very fun.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone and read more war stories. (And making a few of my own)
