Finally joined up after lurking for a while, and I'll be sharing stories from being a petgroomer/vet surgery admin and extra pair of hands as well as the occasional tale from my husband's lovely job as a mechanic. I discovered Customers Suck through the Devil's Panties link page, and have been reading on and off whenever I need reminding that I have a fairly easy life.
