Hi all!

I have spent the past few days reading this site, and I love it. I am an attorney, and worked retail extensively during grad school and law school. I seriously thought that finishing school and passing the bar marked the end of my sucky customer days, but I was sooooo wrong! I'm glad there's a place to come tell my WTF stories to other people who get it.

Yep there's an entire site. There are other similar sites out there, but this one is the best in my opinion.
