Hi ~ I just found this board from a number of late night 'net surfing and thought that this is the type of thing I need at this point! 
For the last three years I've been working for a large chain craft store that has subjected to me with as much customer tom foolery and suckiness as any retail position has the right to. I am here to share my horror stories.
And of course, to witness the horror stories of others.
