I'm a musician and a call center employee so I have tons of stories. The music ones will be the easiest to post. I'm not sure how much I can get away with on the call center side. I'll try though.

Call center calls are hard. On one hand, it's just the same thing every day, and on the other... you get those 'winners' that make you wonder how they got themselves dressed that morning.
Make a list of important things to do today.
At the top of your list, put 'eat chocolate'
