Hi all!

Long time lurker who finally decided to write some of my experiences. I used to work in a major grocery retailer but now I'm in IT for a training company. I handle a lot of customer service though so I thought I might still qualify!

I've seen (and continue to encoutner) my fair share of SCs at work and abroad but mostly I liked reading other people's stories! I look forward to commenting as best as my feeble wit will allow.
