    Hello,

    Just thought I would pop in and introduce myself. I am not currently working but I have always worked in some form of customer service. I am sure I could write several books on SCs I've dealt with. I am 25 years old and a married mother of 2. I have worked retail and most recently for over 5 years worked phone customer service for a TV company. I'm pretty new to forums in general so I don't really know what else to say as an intro.

      Belated, I know... but to .

      I like the user name you picked. I always felt that way after discovering a customer lied to me. Unfortunately, I rarely got the opportunity to act on it!
      Make a list of important things to do today.
      At the top of your list, put 'eat chocolate'
      Now, you'll get at least one thing done today
