Well, I'm a long-time lurker, decided to join after I've been in my job officially for three days now. It's number inquiry service work, so, heaven help me, there are already encounters with sucky customers. *whimper*
Anyways! I'm in my early 20s, I live in Finland, and as much as I'd love to share stories of suck, I still hope that I don't have to deal with the rude customers that much. There's only so much the mic's mute-button can do.
