First try didn't stick...

...I think...because my first comment on a story DID post, so my intro must have crashed and burned...

I work for a newspaper call center in the eastern US (30+ years and counting). Love reading this site, it helps me survive the daily yammering and whining (and then there are the customers....)

When you start at zero, everything's progress.
