Hey there people.
Thought id introduce myself. New to the forum, not new to sucky customers.
I've worked like almost 10 years in sales/retail/customer service/whatever the hell ya want to call it. Worked jobs in between that got me out of dealing with people.
Currently I work for a well known auto-center for a well known retail company, ye know selling tires,batteries,vehicle maintenance, etc. Been there almost 3 years (2 years longer than I expected, since I only took the job fresh out of college and needed to work)
Course working in this field of customer service we get our share of sucky customers, so course I have my share of stories. Also can give good advice if any of you all are ever in need of answers car related
