I just wanted to pop in here and say hi to everyone.

I'm a General Manager of a busy store and I really think membership on this site should be a requirement for all of my employees.

Thanks for providing us with a place to vent after dealing with stupidity all day.

Heh, that's actually a great idea, that could make you and your employees look good in corporate's eyes.

If they (and you) come in here to vent, then everyone's mental health should be in check, thus saving the associated insurance and other costs, that are inherent in such situations.

Employees don't need to see shrinks, no insurance money, or employee out of pocket money needed for tranquilizers, or any other prescription meds, for the related physical afflictions, such as high blood pressure.

You could make membership mandatory, but then how would you code it on the time sheet?
