I came across this site trying to find customer service rants. I work in a call center where I get more negative calls than positive. I"m so thakful that this forum exists becasuse I do need to vent. Or at least share my negative calls, insults, requests etc.... Thank you so much for this site. I think I have found my happy place.

Hey buddy! Thanks for letting me in on the site too. I'm so happy we finally found what we've been talking about for so long. It will be good to get other points of view on the crap we have to listen to everyday.
