Good morning! I've read this site for a few years, starting when it was just random people posting horror stories of customers and I've always enjoyed getting my blood boiling for my fellow customer service workers. I work for a telecommunications company in customer service - inbound calling. Most of the customers I talk to (eh, more like 60-70%) are rational, gracious people, but I'm here for the other 30-40%!
