Hi all

As if working for the government wasn't bad enough, I (out of pure desperation for a job) decided to pick one of the worst possible departments to work in and as a result have been subjected to some spectacularly sucky customers. Whilst I don't have much contact with customers lately, and most of my work-related problems are due to colleagues, I still do have to speak to them on occasion, and I do have some stories that I shall dredge up from the deepest, darkest parts of my mind.

This site is just too good.

I can only imagine the kind of customers government-customer-service gets. Itd be amazing if we ever got a DMV worker to post here. I feel so sorry for DMV people every time I go there. 150 people at the door an hour before it opens, then nonstop people all day every day.
