I've worked in customer service now for...twenty years. I'm an artist, so this is my "day job". I have spent the last twenty years trying to find work that would not involve "customer service" because people so regularly like to take their problems out on customer service representatives. I'm so happy to have happened upon this site where I can see that other people also find customers to be rude, thoughtless, mindless creeps.
