I used to work in a printers in the UK, before I moved to Canada, after all the legal stuff had been taken care of, an i could legally work, I got myself a job in a call-centre where I deal with Americans (the fact I'm English, working in Canada, assisting Americans, has blown more than one persons mind into a reboot status unfortunately ).
It's been, 'interesting' so far, some calls have made me laugh, some have almost had me in tears of frustration and others have left me with the burning desire to be able to strangle people through the phone-line...
