Long (loooooong) time lurker, first time poster!
I have a pretty good history of working the in the service industry. Started fast food when I was 16, moved onto a call center when I was 18, worked retail for a couple of years, did some health care work, and worked as a chef (fitting for a culinary arts student). Now at 23 I have the best job a college student could ask for. I coach gymnastics (my passion...I will always train until my ankles snap off my body) and rarely have to deal with any customer BS
I'm excited to share some of my war stories and can't wait to finally climb out of my shell and participate in this awesome forum.
