I was made aware of this site just yesterday and I have to say, there's some good reads here. I can feel for each and every one of you. I've worked customer service jobs for almost 8 years now. In less then 2 weeks though, I'll be out of CS and promoted to a new job, but I'll still read your stories and contribute where I can.
