Well, I figure I should go ahead and introduce myself. I actually don't have a lot of experience dealing with sucky customers, personally; back in high school I worked in computer repair for a while and had your standard array of computer horror stories (hard drives filled with adware and viruses, cases covered in nicotine stains, etc.), but after getting out of college I got a job as a software engineer at a research organization and don't have to deal with that kind of thing any more.

On the other hand, I am MaggieTheCat's husband, and she tells me horror stories from CS all the time. So I figured I might as well make an account here, even if I don't have a lot to say very often.
