, I'm Talasar (or Tala, I prefer Tala in fact xD).
I work at one of the big US 'outdoor outfitters' we sell hunting/fishing/camping stuff. We've retail, internet, call center, and even the dated mail order. The last three all have the same customer service. I am one small step below customer service, meaning in a pinch I can pretty much step in for them. I'm like the crappy off brand of customer service.
This past holiday season has been nightmarish so I have many many stories to share.
