This is ShoeLady4048 here. Can you figure out what department I work in at one of the "...marts" I am a department manager which gives me the authority to do just about nothing and I suporvise my department that consists of one person....me. I have been in some sort of customer service position pretty much since I was out of my mother's womb. In my long stretch of retail hell, I have seen and heard pretty much anything and everything you can imagine. Now most days I love my job. (I'm very grateful to have a job in this economy and I am very very good at what I do.) But there are those days when you want to stab that one customer in the eye with a rusty fork. And since I really think my husband is sick of my ranting I am looking forward to sharing my stories with fellow Customer Service slaves.
