My sister has been forwarding posts from this site for a while now -- I have spent more years in retail/customer service than I care to think about, so I am familiar with most of the woes posted here. I have to admit a particular fondness for those by Gravekeeper -- whoever you are, dear heart, you are wasted in customer service, you need to find a career writing professional comedy. I make it a point never to be eating or drinking anything when I read your posts, because I will likely die of asphyxiation, and be found on the floor by my computer two days later after my dog has been munching on my remains. Thank you for providing me with much needed hilarity at a time when things are not going so well. Looking forward to visiting a lot in future.
