Morning guys. Just going to start off by saying I've been reading CS since about 05, but have never joined up. Love the stories, love how people are actually nice on here, etc. etc.
I'm going to try and keep this as ubiquitous as possible, but I might fuck up. So here goes.
I'm Nathan, and I have spent the majority of my working life (9 years) away from customers. Until a few months ago. I moved away from home, got a gig dealing with customers all day, and now I work up in Fort McMurray.
My job consists of supplying clean towels to housekeepers at a worke camp. While I don't have a *lot* of customer interaction, I am always around them and available for their complaints.
And there are a lot of them, let me tell you. Anyway, I'll post up some stories in a bit.
