Well, apparently I just have not been looking hard enough because here you are!

This forum is epic. I have been a slave to the mindless masses all my working life. First in the health care field and presently in a form of retail.

The handle for this forum is perfect because yes, Customers SUCK!

I look forward to reading about and participating in discussions about these wretched people called customers.

As WE all know...the customer isn't always right. I'd like to stick the person that thought of that slogan behind the counter of a customer service desk for an 8 hour shift...

I still say this is being too generous. An 8 hour shift in one of the busiest stores, during black friday..or even better..the day after Christmas (returns..the horror...the horror). Then follow that with a 4 more days...all of them during the busiest shopping days of the year.

Oh and welcome to the forum...and no..I am not bitter. Not at all, why do you ask?
