Lurker of a while finally surfacing due to having random things annoy me enough to start posting. 
I'm an IT worker working for a university. Customers for my area would be students and faculty/staff who need support, though I'm mostly backend server support. I am tier three support in my specific areas for those things that either need escalation or special privileges. Most of the times I do deal with a SC is something that I'd have trouble sharing without giving too many specifics that might ID, but I have some older things and the occasional tale that I feel safe on that I'll try to share when it comes to me.
