    Hello all,

    I am a novice poster here, but because of watchful eyes from my workplace, I have created this new ID to ensure my privacy here. I have been an avid reader of this forum for many years. I remember finding this place and feeling a sense of comraderie with all those who deal with the public. I work in the Hotel Industry and have been in Customer Service for over 20 years. I felt that along with this new ID I should make an effort to be more "present" than I have. I look forward to the future and appreciate the words of the past I have found here.
    And unto the I offer the 11th commandment of god, that whomsover calleth "Shotgun" shall heretofore and forever lay claim to that seat......until you have to pee!!-your friendly neighborhood Crucible
