I've been reading through here a bit, because apparently one of my favorite things to do on the internet is read people's tales of woe.
I'm sure I'll get to posting some stories, though not too many because I've kept my customer service history to a minimum. These days I do layout for a magazine, so I interact with only 2-3 customers a month, and I love it.
Other than that you can expect stories from a place that totally didn't need a doorman, a bakery, a photo studio, and a whopping 3 days of retail!
