Hi! I'm Bob The Random Boy Wonder! You can call me Bob for short.
Allow me to tell you a little bit about myself.
Like many of you here, I have several years of experience in the customer service industry. Throughout that time, I have dealt with some excellent customers and some customers that made me want to smash my head through a brick wall (and one who almost put me through a brick wall with his car in the parking lot because I didn't give him his way!). I've been unemployed for several years now and hope to share what stories with you that I remember, along with a few stories that I've personally witnessed a few of my friends in the customer service industry go through. They may not be as good as the stories I've read here in my time as a lurker, but I will try my best to sit back and tell them as they happened. Only then can I make them as entertaining as possible!
In addition to being a pawn of the service industry, I've written as a freelance journalist. I've actually had the pleasure to stand at the checkout counter and tell customers as I scanned their papers, "Hey! See that front-page story right there above the fold? I wrote that! Be sure to read it and tell me what you think!"
I look forward to being a member of this board and sharing stories with you. Judging by the hilarious and sometimes awe-inspiring tales I've read here in my time as a lurker, I know I'll enjoy my stay!
