I found this site actually by looking up information for a book I'm in the process of writing. I've been a call center representative for too long, TOO LONG, and for too many companies as well and I'm kinda hoping that my book will help me never work in one again. I do a lot of research on customer service for companies because I am writing a book that equates to "calling a call center for dummies." I was so excited about this site because 1. I can get the prospective of so many more call center representatives for my studies, and the more likely reason 2. I'm totally fed up with not having anyone to talk to about my nasty, mean customers who truly understands what I go through on a daily basis. Anyways, that's about it about getting to know me, I'm a lot less colorful than most of my customers.

Another author! There's several on this forum (ie published, not that's what makes you an author, but rather you can write it on your resume), and several that ought to be-- such as Gravekeeper.
