I already posted one of my SC stories in the Sucky Customers section, but I figured I should post here too...

I currently work as a Lab Consultant (glorified lab monitor) at a university library... where I don't necessarily NEED to be nice. However, I've done my time in the "trenches"... as a cashier in a grocery store... a cashier at a "discount" department store... and as In Store Support at everyone's favorite department store (think Martha Stewart and Ty Pennington and I'm sure you'll know where I'm talking about! )

I love this site and it gives me laughs and hope that I will survive the SCs long enough that I'll actually graduate from college!
