Hi all,
I'm a long time lurker who finally made the jump from complete anonymity to...well, the near anonymity of an Internet forum pseudonym. More of a hop than a jump, really.
I'm currently employed in academia, and as such my sucky customer exposure is mercifully brief. However, I paid for books and food in college with a job opening the grill for the Golden Arches, during which I regularly exceeded my daily allowance of SCs, EWs and plenty of other acronyms.
Anyway, that's me in a nutshell.
