Hi, finally just have to post something (in the close-talker thread). Neat site. I've lurked for a good while and keep coming back.
I've worked a lot of public facing jobs in the past - food service, transportation and whatnot. Fortunately I've been spared that the last few years but I can certainly dredge up a few doozies from back then. And I'm still not spared the random SCW at my current work.
I'm not always perhaps as subtle as I could be, so I do have a few "no, I don't think so" stories
that I'm sure I'll feel compelled to share at some point. May give you a chuckle or two.
Sorry about the boring handle - not feeling to imaginative tonight I guess.
