As a Supervisor Lead of a call center, I have heard stories and complaints from customers to make your head spin. A group of my co-workers seriously considered creating a site like this one but, another actually found this one (thank goodness). I am so glad that I have found a place where THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. I would NEVER act the way some of these customers do if I had a serious issue, especially when the representative is trying to help me. It takes a very special breed of person to do the job that we do. I really love my job because it has taught me about respecting others. Thank you for such a great website!
