    New lurker from the helldesk.

    So my brother Steeledragon78 has been bugging me to hop on here for like a year now. I checked it out a little, registered and lurked, then found the Things i am not allowed to do at work thread... That will be next post. I do Wintel Security through a contract company working for a "Enterprise solution provider" company relegated to working for a specific airline, all of which shall remain nameless. Wintel Security is like the help desk, with no calls, and more special users walking up to my desk, IMing me or emailing me expecting a different response than "Make a ticket so i can help you. " Shortly it is "Planned" that i will be crossed trained for Unix and SQL security as well. So, yeah... off to post again.

      IT ... trying to fit a square peg in a round hole is easier then explaining to some people how to do basic tasks with computers...
      Engaged to the amazing Marmalady. She is my Silver Dragon, shining as bright as the sun. I her Black Dragon (though good honestly), dark as night..fierce and strong.

              Yeah, you won't find mine while looking. It isn't lost..it has just given up and went to Hawaii without me. SC's 'logic' was just too much for the poor thing.
