Hi everyone, somewhat of a longtime lurker here. I live in Canada, manage a retail store in a mall, and encounter tons of SC all the time. I work in a very poor area of town so there is usually a lot of people who give me problems. I would love to share some of my experiences.

I am lucky enough to have a boss that lets me swear at, beat up (nothing yet), and overall abuse SCs. I am lucky enough to have an understanding security team in the mall.
