I just love reading all your stories. It makes me SO glad I work in an office, where the customer-suckage is kept to a minimum. So, hi! Nice to meet you. And I will do my best to remain a non-sucky customer everywhere I shop. I swear, Working in retail one Christmas season was enough to open my eyes forever to the woes of workers everywhere. People, your pain is felt and understood.
