What Up, Folks?

My given name is Don, wife is Dianne, and we live in the American West. I work in a call center for a regional communications company, and handle about 35-40 customers a day. I will (hopefully) post pretty often, and I hope to get to know you folks, and share a part of the occasional hell I find myself in.

By the way, I am orginally from Texas, and Dianne is from the Isle of Man (go, UK!!).
