Yeah, like my title says, I've been creeping around the shadows of the site ever since I found the Jenny Breeden comics 6 years ago. So I decided that at the very least I should let my pressence be known to a comunity I've gotten to know and love through the stories.

My experiences with customers are severely limited as my only jobs on the frontline were as stocker in highschool, and that didn't work for me so most of my part time jobs have been safely in a warehouse, although I could spin a few tales about my days in mail dellivery, but even then, there were more awesome customers then sucky ones.

All in all, I mean no harm to the good people of CS.com, but mostly wish to observe

"That's too bad. Hospitals aren't fun to fight through."
"What IS fun to fight through?"
"Gardens. Electronics shops. Antique stores, but only if they're classy."

Been doing that for awhile now, plus I got my education in not being an SC from here

Never really noticed before I started reading here how much smoother transactions goes when you just use the four simple steps of Greet Smile Thank Goodbye.

Yes. Just leave the probes by the door, and it'll all be good.

Come in. I think everyone is busy doing "The Time Warp" right now.
Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.
