Long Time Lurker

Hi everyone! I've been lurking the site since it started, and I've gotten loads of laughs from some of the crazy stories I've read (Vinegar Boy being a personal favourite). Not much to say about myself, I decided to join after returning to the front lines of customer service after seven years in warehousing. I've only been doing it for eight months....and I already have loads of good stories.
