Hey all Awesome to see the site back up! And as for other posts I've read.. well, I'll keep coming back since you all are great and a big help to relieving the stress and rage that comes from working in a customer service environment. Props to Raps and others involved for not giving up!

One of the many reasons I'm glad the site is back up
