    I know, it's been a while

    Well, for the longest time I haven't had any reason to post, between not having SCs at work and not being out much... but call flow is picking up so I'm sure I'll be getting a few more... and management is having its blond moments... and being out and about I'm being exposed to the stupid that is the average Utah citizen... so I guess I'm back (again)
