Hello all! I guess I qualify as a returning member, since I actually registered here months ago, and then forgot about it. 
Oops.
Anyway, just wanted to say hi, and I'm sure I'll be around bugging you a lot now. The board I normally post on has suddenly gone on a flip side where anyone complaining about customer suckage gets reemed on. Usually by people who have either never worked in customer service or haven't for a very long time. I actually was told that I pretty much have to deal with rude and immature customers because "that's part of your job". I was basically complaining that people are so immature and rude these days, and was told off for it!
